Returns Policy
Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Process: To start a return, please contact us at ktcbargains@outlook.com. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exclusions: Certain items (e.g., personalized products, perishable goods, or sale items) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or colour, please request an exchange when contacting us.
Damaged Items: Any damage to your purchase must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for return/refund to be considered.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
